RECOMMENDED STARTING DOSE SCHEDULES OF SPRYCEL^® :
Chronic phase CML patients resistant or intolerant to imatinib: 100 mg QD*
Advanced phase CML patients resistant or intolerant to imatinib: 140 mg QD

* 100mg QD dose may not be approved in all markets. Please refer to your local Prescribing Information for specific indication.
