Imatinib Resistance
Defining Resistance
Resistance can be defined as failure of response and suboptimal response. An international panel of CML experts appointed by the European Leukaemia Net defined these responses to therapy in early chronic phase CML based on specific laboratory findings at specific time periods. These proposed criteria reflect a consensus of the expert group based on a comprehensive critical review of the published literature.
